We strive for happy customers and make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with each and every meal. Due to the freshly prepared nature of Progressive Paleo meals, we have a very limited refund/returns policy.
It is, as follows:
Progressive Paleo cannot accept returned meals. In the event that you are dissatisfied with our product, we will gladly replace the product by the next available delivery date. Alternatively, we can provide a meal credit to be used at a later date.
All refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis and is up to the discretion of Progressive Paleo management.

*Any food scheduled for pickup that is not picked up for more than 7 days will be thrown away.
